- Clone: 2E7/7
- Tool type: Antibodies
- Tool sub-type: Primary antibody
- Class: Monoclonal
- Conjugate: Unconjugated
- Reactivity: Human
- Host: Mouse
- Application: ELISA ; IHC ; IF ; IP ; WB
- Strain: CD1
- Description: Endothelial protein disulfide isomerase (EndoPDI; TXNDC5) is a thioredoxin member of the protein disulfide isomerase family of chaperone proteins. This enzyme has been localized to the endoplasmic reticulum in primary endothelial cells, but colocalizes with nucleoli in the nuclei of breast, colon, and renal cancer cells.
- Immunogen: Synthesized peptide - 12 amino acids long (ADGEDGQDPHSK) corresponding to residues 52 - 63 of the EndoPDI protein.
- Isotype: IgG2a
- Research area: Apoptosis and autophagy; Cancer; Cell signaling and signal transduction
- Myeloma used: Sp2/0-Ag14
- For Research Use Only
