Tool Details

  • Tool name: Anti-PD-1H [MH5A]
  • Alternate names: VISTA, Gi24, Dies1, B7-H5, DD1a
  • Tool type: Antibodies
  • Tool sub-type: Primary antibody
  • Class: Monoclonal
  • Conjugate: Unconjugated
  • Reactivity: Mouse
  • Host: Hamster
  • Application: IHC ; FACS
  • Description: Programmed Death-1 Homolog (PD-1H) is a cell surface immunoglobulin super family molecule which is expressed constitutively on the surface of hematopoetic cells (T cells, NK cells, monocytes, and DCs) and regulates differentiation of osteoblast, adipocyte, and embryonic cells. It has also been shown to regulate cell apoptosis. PD-1H acts mainly as a coinhibitor in the T cell initiation of T cell responses to antigens and is critical for the differentiation and stability of inducible T regulatory cells. This antibody has been shown to prevent acute graft versus host disease (GVHD) in semi-and fully-allogeneic mouse models, resulting in full chimerism after treatment.
  • Immunogen: mPD-1HIg fusion protein
  • Research area: Immunology; Cancer
  • Myeloma used: Sp2/0

  • For Research Use Only
