  • Target background: The secreted protein RgbP is a member of the gingipain protease family and participate in the pathogenicity of Porphyromonas gingivalis, an oral pathogen that can induce periodontal disease. RgbP has also been detected in the brains of Alzheimer's disease patients with levels correlating with disease markers.
