Target Details

  • Target background: PTPRC is a transmembrane tyrosine phosphatase that is present on all leukocytes. PTPRC regulates the threshold of T cell antigen receptor (TCR) signaling through dephosphorylation of protein tyrosine kinases (e.g. Lck and Fyn).
