- Host: Mouse
- Application: FACS ; IHC ; WB
- Description: 2B11 is widely used, in conjunction with the CD45RB antibody PD7/26, to detect white cell-derived tumours in paraffin sections.
- Immunogen: T cell Lymphoma cells
- Isotype: IgG1 kappa
- Research area: Tissue-specific biology; Cell biology; Cell signaling and signal transduction; Immunology; Neurobiology; Stem cell biology

Target Details
- Target: Protein tyrosine phosphatase, receptor type, C (PTPRC, CD45)
- Target background: PTPRC is a transmembrane tyrosine phosphatase that is present on all leukocytes. PTPRC regulates the threshold of T cell antigen receptor (TCR) signaling through dephosphorylation of protein tyrosine kinases (e.g. Lck and Fyn).
Application Details
- Application: FACS ; IHC ; WB
