Tool Details
- Tool name: Anti-Cytochrome P450 4A1, 2C11 [Clo1]
- Clone: Clo1
- Tool type: Antibodies
- Tool sub-type: Primary antibody
- Class: Monoclonal
- Conjugate: Unconjugated
- Reactivity: Rat
- Host: Mouse
- Molecular weight of the target: 51/51.5 kDa
- Application: ELISA ; WB
- Description: The CYP2 family are part of the microsomal drug metabolising system that is responsible for oxidation of many therapeutic agents as well as steroids, fatty acids and many other endogenous substances. The hepatic CYP4A enzymes are important fatty acid and prostaglandin omega-hydroxylases that are highly inducible by fibric acid hypolipidemic agents and other peroxisome proliferators. In humans, 4A1, 4A2, & 4A3 have been cloned from liver, kidney and testis and have been detected in renal, hepatic & brain microvessels.
- Immunogen: Rat liver cytochrome P450 2C11 and 4A1
- Isotype: IgG2b
- Research area: Cancer; Tissue-specific biology; Cell signaling and signal transduction; Metabolism
- For Research Use Only
