Tool Details
- Tool name: Anti-Integrin b1 [4B7]
- Clone: 4B7
- Tool type: Antibodies
- Tool sub-type: Primary antibody
- Class: Monoclonal
- Conjugate: Unconjugated
- Reactivity: Human
- Host: Mouse
- Application: FACS ; IHC ; IF ; IP ; Fn
- Strain: Balb/c
- Description: Integrins are heterodimeric cell surface receptors composed of alpha and beta subunits, which mediate cell-cell and cell-extracellular matrix attachments. Aberrant integrin expression has been found in many epithelial tumours. Changes in integrin expression have been shown to be important for the growth and early metastatic capacity of melanoma cells. Loss of integrin beta 1 is associated with the development of some epithelial tumours.
- Immunogen: Ocular melanoma cell line V+B2
- Isotype: IgG1
- Research area: Cell biology; Developmental biology; Drug developement; Stem cell biology
- For Research Use Only
