  • Reactivity: Human
  • Host: Mouse
  • Cancer type: Blood cancer
  • Application: IHC ; IF ; WB
  • Strain: Balb/c
  • Description: UCH-T2 is useful for detection of T cells in peripheral blood and lymph nodes and categorisation of T cell lymphomas and B cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia.
  • Immunogen: Thymocytes followed by Sezary T cells.
  • Isotype: IgG1 kappa
  • Research area: Immunology; Stem cell biology

  • For Research Use Only

Target Details

  • Target: Leu1 (CD5)
  • Target background: Leu-1 is a surface glycoprotein present on peripheral T cells (>95%) and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia cells that binds CD72. Absence of the Leu-1 marker on childhood ALL cells is associated with a more favourable prognosis.
