Application Details

Handling

  • Format: Frozen
  • Growth medium: Cells are cultured on MatrigelTM (Corning)-coated plates with mTeSRTMPlus Medium (StemCell Technologies). Medium is changed daily. Cells are passaged every 3â?‚€?‚“4 days (when the colonies covered approximately 85% of the surface area of the culture dish) using 0.5 mM EDTA dissociation buffer (Life Technologies). Cells are incubated at 37 â?‚—ĚšC in a humidified 5% CO2 incubator.
  • Shipping conditions: Dry ice
