- Description: Clone V92.1, recognizes a protein of 55-62kDa, identified as cyclin B1.
- Immunogen: Hamster Cyclin B1
- Isotype: IgG1 kappa
- Research area: Cancer; Cell biology; Genetics
- Myeloma used: Sp2/0-Ag14

Target Details
- Target: Cyclin B1
- Target molecular weight: 55-62 kDa
- Target background: Cyclins bind to and regulate the activity of the Cyclin Dependent Protein Kinases (CDKs). Cyclin B1 is a marker of cell proliferation and a key component of the cell cycle progression machinery. Cyclin B1 may prove to be a prognostic marker in neoplasia. V92.1 may be used to immunoprecipitate active CDK1/cyclin complexes.
